I have spent 20 years in the industrial electrical field, the last seven of which I was a project manager over an industrial site in Southwestern Virginia. That job required me to provide time and cost estimates, manage labor, order materials, and oversee installations - both large and small and many times several installations at once.Attention to detail and follow-through were the two major keys to my success. I bring these qualities with me to my real estate profession and offer them to each and every one of my clients.

For sellers: I will complete a study of comparable properties in comparable neighborhoods that have sold within the last year to give you a very good idea of what your home should sell for. This study is more commonly known as a Market Analysis. I will also provide you with tips on how to prepare your home before placing it on the market.
For buyers: Not only will I help you find that perfect home, I will also assist you in preparing a fair and accurate offer on your new home. In a competitive market such as the one we are currently in, the first offer you make may be the only chance you get at your dream home.
